*Real Estate Photography Copyright & Usage Disclaimer*
All photographs and media created by C.Nolden Media remain the sole property and copyrighted work of C.Nolden Media unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Upon payment, the client is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the photographs solely for the marketing and sale of the specific property photographed. This license remains valid only until the property is sold, leased, withdrawn from the market, or the listing agreement expires. Any future use, reuse, transfer, publication, or distribution of the photographs after the property has been sold, or for any other listing, marketing campaign, agent, brokerage, builder, designer, or third party, is prohibited without prior written permission from C.Nolden Media. If the client wishes to reuse the photographs after the property has been sold or for any purpose outside the original listing, a *reuse licensing fee of $125* will be required and must be paid before such use is authorized. Unauthorized use of the photographs may constitute copyright infringement and may result in additional licensing fees or legal action.
